There are two sizes that describe a wedding dress. The size on the dress label and the owner's typical or "street" size. This is the size the owner would purchase most often if shopping at stores such as The Gap or Ann Taylor.

Listing by street size, hopefully, takes some of the guess work out of what size category to browse. We also strongly recommend looking one or two sizes above and below your street size as many wedding gowns can be altered.
