The dress is Elke by the Vineyard Collection, and is made out of organza with a fit to flare silhouette, halter neck, and ruffled neckline. It is from the Priscilla of Boston 2010 collection. The dress is brand new and has not been worn.
As you can see from the pictures, the dress is gorgeous. It has a modern feel and perfect for any girl that loves glamour. I bought this dress at the Priscilla of Boston going out of business sale for $999 (the original price on the tag is $1999) and I'm just trying to re-coup the cost I paid. I have since fallen in love with another dress.
