As featured on Style Me Pretty's Best of Online Magazine, the Monique Lhuillier Dolce Couture gown was my dream dress. I would describe this dress as a classic lace and tulle gown with a constructed modern twist. I wanted a romantic gown that was timeless yet current.
Details: Ivory re-embroidered lace strapless gown, molded bodice with draped tulle overlay and two tier tulle skirt with lace detail at hem.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- I had Mina Couture of Beverly Hills as my seamstress. She added a bustle, boning in the bodice, sewn in cups, and more tulle lining underneath to keep the dress full. She took the dress from the label size 8 to fit my size 4/6 body. I weighed 120 when I wore the dress. She is an expert tailor. She took out the small ribbon belt, and added an amazing ivory satin sash. I am including the bridal ivory sash encrusted with crystal rhinestones that Mina handmade.

- Professionally preserved & cleaned through Affordable Preservation Co. They've been in business for over 90 yrs, and have excellent reviews on The Knot. There were two small tears at the bottom of the tulle gown, they repaired this & it is not noticeable.
